What is the Sapphire Pools & Spa vacation incentive?
As a thank-you for completing a design consultation with Sapphire Pools & Spa, qualified homeowners receive a complimentary vacation incentive. This is part of our client appreciation program for homeowners exploring a custom pool design for their property.
How do I qualify for the vacation incentive?
To qualify, you must:
- Request a free design consultation
- Complete an in-person design consultation at your property
- Be the homeowner or decision-maker for the project
- Be located within our North Texas service area
The vacation incentive is provided after the in-person consultation is completed.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no cost or obligation for the design consultation. During the visit, we learn your goals, discuss design direction, talk through timelines, and review local permitting considerations.
Why is an in-person consultation required?
Every backyard is unique. An in-person visit helps us evaluate layout, access, and site considerations so we can provide accurate guidance. Because of that, the vacation incentive is offered only after an in-person consultation is completed.
When do I receive the vacation incentive?
The vacation incentive is provided after your in-person design consultation has been completed. We’ll share the details and instructions following the meeting.
Is this a giveaway, contest, or sweepstakes?
No. This is not a giveaway, contest, or sweepstakes. It is a client appreciation incentive provided to homeowners who complete an in-person design consultation with Sapphire Pools & Spa.
Do I have to purchase a pool to receive the incentive?
There is no obligation to move forward with construction in order to receive the incentive. The requirement is that the design consultation is completed in person.
Who is eligible?
Eligibility generally includes homeowners in our North Texas service area, 18+, one incentive per household, and completion of an in-person design consultation at the property.
